Cancellation

- After 72 hours, cancellations are not eligible. Any refund is valid.
- Only over the phone do we get the cancellation request.
- No cancellation requests have been received via email or chat.
- The majority of cancellations are not refunded.
- We cannot guarantee a refund after a cancellation since it is subject to hotel and airline refund rules.
